Johnny Wilson, a real estate investor himself, is a licensed real estate agent and certified investment advisor serving the Greater Richmond area with a blend of hands-on industry experience and commitment to quality. Raised in his family’s international building hardware business, Johnny’s real estate passion took root early. After a successful scientific career managing projects for prominent organizations like the World Bank and United Nations as well as several federal and state agencies, he brings a rigorous standard of detail and professionalism to property management. Johnny expertly navigates today’s complex legal real estate landscape with a client-centered approach that maximizes returns and protects assets while upholding resident dignity, fostering positive, long-term relationships all around. Outside of work, Johnny enjoys rugby (go Springboks!), international travel, and nature with his family.
Dave has been managing rental homes since the mid-1990s. After graduation from Virginia Tech, Dave has taken his zeal for success by founding and growing his own real estate development company. Combining his life experiences, local Virginia values, and PMI’s national success formulas for maximized asset values has proven to be resounding success.
Today, his brokerage (which includes PMI James River) manages over 500 properties, and he is consistently one of the top performing franchisees in the nation. In addition to his dedication to a successful property management company, Dave and his wife, Terri, are also active in school, sporting, and volunteer activities. Two of their children attend High School while the other two attend Dave’s alma mater, Virginia Tech.
