Johnny Wilson is dedicated to serving the Greater Richmond area with top-quality property management services. His real estate passion started at a young age through exposure to his family’s international building hardware and construction business. Once out of school, Johnny decided to pursue a highly successful scientific career during which he managed projects for organizations like the World Bank, United Nations, and several Federal agencies. But his family roots, together with his frustrations working with property managers at his own properties, eventually pulled him back to real estate.
Johnny now brings understanding, professionalism, and world-class customer service together with exceptional standards and innovation to maximize his clients’ returns while remaining within today’s complex and dynamic legal real estate landscape. As a previous tenant himself, he is also committed to treating residents/tenants with dignity and compassion, which is critical for good stewardship of owner assets, reducing tenant turnover and lost rent, and an improved experience for all parties involved. In his free time Johnny enjoys rugby (go Springbokke!), traveling internationally, and spending time in nature with his family.
Dave has been managing rental homes since the mid-1990s. After graduation from Virginia Tech, Dave has taken his zeal for success by founding and growing his own real estate development company. Combining his life experiences, local Virginia values, and PMI’s national success formulas for maximized asset values has proven to be resounding success.
Today, his brokerage (which includes PMI James River) manages over 500 properties, and he is consistently one of the top performing franchisees in the nation. In addition to his dedication to a successful property management company, Dave and his wife, Terri, are also active in school, sporting, and volunteer activities. Two of their children attend High School while the other two attend Dave’s alma mater, Virginia Tech.
